I am registered as Bart Burkhardt. Well that’s not totally correct, my parents gave me the name Barthold so you can call me Barthold, Wiibart, or just Bart. I use Wii in my internet name because it combines two great thing, the Wii and me.

My sister in law told me once that she thought that I had ADD, wich is Attention Deficit Disorder. After some googling I told her that she could be right, but after some more googling I now more think that I am a HSP, wich clearly has a more positive view on my characteristics.

Elaine Aron gave me good insight in HSP. I did the self-test on her website, and all signs are now that I am a amazing person.

Some characteristics:
I am easily distracted, lot’s of new idea’s, coffee ok!, thinker, low tolerance to noise / glaring lights / strong odors / clutter and/or chaos, need time alone to recover after social interactions, very conscientious employee…

I think that Elaine did great research, and it made a lot of things clear to me. For me it’s good to know about hsp because I have two kids growing up, and it looks like some hsp genes have been passed on.
